i love seeing posts americans make about hozier being a powerful cryptid faeire moss prince or whatever you guys are saying these days on tumblr.com when i know he’s just smoking weed in dublin and using twitter. my friend went to a christmas party and hozier was there and high and just talked about himself the entire time.

My friend had sex with him in a field at a music festival juuust before take me to church took off. Me: Hozier’s tribute to protest musicians and contemplation of his own ability and responsibility as an artist to fight for justice in “Nina Cried Power” is made much more powerful when you remember that he spent the last two years fighting for housing, the right to abortion, and acknowledgment/restitution for the crimes of the Catholic Church in Ireland while we were all joking about him hiding out in a bog.
