Claire was only 12 years old when she discovered the supernatural was real. She was 12 years old when she was possessed by an angel, which has been described as torture. She said yes because she wanted to save her family. 

She was 12 when her dad died. 

Claire faced the angel who took everything from her and forgave him. Claire saw her mom get stabbed, and held her, dying, in her arms. Claire lost her entire family. She’s saved so many people, including Sam and Dean Winchester. Claire has been through so freakin’ much through her time on Supernatural, and she has every right to be upset.

The fact that Claire is still fighting is amazing. She has defied all odds to get where she is, she’s lost so much, and she’s still fighting. Claire is strong while still being a person. She gets hurt in fights, and she complains because that’s what people do. She’s human, and she’s angry, and she’s kind and good if she gets the chance. Claire still forgives and moves forward after watching her entire family die, losing her friends, almost losing her own life and her mind.

Claire Novak is freaking amazing. Not because of the things that happened to her, but because she survived it all and is still fighting. Every day is winning a battle and Claire keeps winning despite the odds. Despite the dark moments and feeling broken and lost, Claire keeps getting up in the morning and she is so freaking strong. She’s the person I think of when people say “You fight like a girl.” Claire fights like a freakin’ girl, and she’s unstoppable.
