I’m assuming this was supposed to say hate and hmm. I don’t have super strong feelings about board games? Anything that I’ve played enough times for it to make an impression on me I usually like. do your parents watch supernatural?

My mom does! She started watching in season 9 so she doesn’t have context for a lot of stuff, and she is very much a casual viewer, but she really likes Sam, which is pretty cute. When he gave his speech to the hunters in the first part of the finale she leaned over to me and said “You know I’ve always liked him best.”

My dad sort of does? He’s usually in the next room over so unless he has headphones on he can hear it, and sometimes he pokes his head in to watch parts. Also, for some unknown reason, sometimes he watches youtube videos with compilations of scenes from across the seasons, so he’s seen a lot of the more important or memorable moments. The post from last night with teasing me about Misha playing someone else, which I assume prompted this ask, gives a pretty good idea of the kind of viewer he is, but to further illustrate it, just know that Metatron is definitely his favorite character.

Neither of them are really fans of the show exactly, but they’re both really tolerant of my more intense moments, which is nice. I just went on a big rant about bucklemming, and they kind of nodded along.
